Non-stop Arctic Shell Bib Shell Trousers – Maximum Protection for the Harshest Winter Conditions

When the weather turns extreme, your gear must keep up. The Non-stop Arctic Shell Bib trousers are designed for sled dog sports, expeditions, and demanding outdoor work where wetness, wind, and wear are everyday challenges. These shell trousers with a high waist (Bib model) offer reliable protection, excellent durability, and practical details for long days in nature.

Top-tier Protection Against Water and Wear

The 3-layer cotton-based shell fabric combined with aramid fibre reinforcements makes these trousers exceptionally durable. High-wear areas are reinforced to withstand dog claws, sled handling, and terrain abrasion.
A 30,000 mm water column rating and taped seams keep you dry in heavy rain, wet snow, and slush – whether you are behind the sled or ice fishing in winter.

Breathable and Windproof for Tough Use

The trousers are completely windproof and highly breathable (30,000 g/m²/24 h), helping to regulate heat during active movement. Two-way thigh zippers allow effective ventilation during climbs and hard work.

Adjustable Fit and Easy Layering

Adjustable and removable braces, waist, and leg cuffs ensure a good fit for different layering situations. Belt loops provide extra options for carrying tools and gear. The drop seat feature makes bathroom breaks easier in cold conditions without unnecessary undressing.

Designed in Collaboration with Long-Distance Mushers

The Arctic Shell Bib trousers were developed together with long-distance mushers. They are made to endure real conditions: sled dog sports, winter trekking, ice fishing, skiing, and expeditions where gear must be utterly reliable.

  • Durable 3-layer construction with fully taped seams offers excellent waterproofness (30,000 mm) in heavy rain and wet conditions.
  • Two chest pockets and two large thigh pockets, all with zippers, provide secure storage for dog booties, paw balm, snacks, maps, and other gear.
  • Adjustable braces, waist, and leg cuffs ensure a snug fit, allowing full mobility and easy layering. Belt loops offer extra adjustment options or can be used to carry, for example, a knife.
  • Two-way side zippers allow quick airflow adjustment, helping to control temperature during active use.
