What information is collected about me?

The customer register stores the customer's first name, last name, street address, postal code, city, country, email address, phone number, language used during transactions, and currency used during transactions. For business customers, the company's name, business ID, and VAT ID are also stored. Additionally, the online store's order information stores the details provided by the customer during the order, such as the order's product contents, payment method, and delivery method.

What are personal data used for?

Personal data is used for:

  • For managing the customer relationship
  • For order delivery, processing, and archiving
  • For statistical purposes
  • To improve the online store and customer service
  • For marketing purposes - for newsletter subscribers

The legal basis for processing personal data is contract, consent, or legitimate interest. The processing of personal data complies with the requirements set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation effective from 25.5.2018.

How long are my personal data retained?

We retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the register. Additionally, some data may be stored longer as required by legal obligations, such as accounting and consumer trade responsibilities.

Disclosure of information to third parties

Third parties, such as our logistics and payment service partners, receive the necessary information that enables the operation of the online store. The data is used, for example, to enable payment transactions, deliveries, and marketing. For instance, address information is forwarded to the shipping company. Only information essential for the provision of the service is disclosed to third parties.

Web analytics

For collecting anonymous data related to website visits, we may use services such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
