• Campaign period: 5 September 2026 at 18:00 – 13 September 2026 at 23:59 (EET). The offer prices apply only to new orders placed during the campaign period.
• Offers vary by product, and any applicable offer price is shown directly on the product pages.
• So-called exchanges are always handled by placing a new order and returning the original order. Offer products purchased during the campaign period are not eligible for the free return package normally available for exchanges. If you are unsure about choosing the right size, we recommend asking for help right away, before placing your order.
• We reserve the right to change the offer prices during the campaign. Products may be available only in limited quantities.

• For each product/feature selection, you can see the current stock status.
• If the balance shows zero but adding to the cart works normally, you can still order the product with an extended delivery time, usually about 1.5 - 2 weeks.
• If the product/feature says "out of stock" and free ordering is disabled, it usually just means a slightly less frequent restocking interval from that brand. Send us a message, so we can check the schedule estimate and availability status.
• Please note that we ship orders in one batch. If you want faster delivery for products available immediately from stock, place a separate order for them.

• If you are unsure about choosing the right product or size, it is worth asking for help right away, before ordering. We are happy to assist!
• Please note that so-called exchanges happen with a new order and a return of the previous order. Promotional offer products during campaign periods do not have the normal free return package for exchange situations.
• Contact us about the need for an exchange by email at info@traildog.fi as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving your order. You will receive a personal code from us that allows you to order the correct size at the same campaign price.
