Scooters deliveries

Scooters are delivered in a box about 90% pre-assembled (e.g. handlebar and wheels detached). Assembly usually takes about 15 - 30 minutes. Assembly instructions are included with the product.

Delivery time estimates

Kickbike

Models available immediately are usually shipped from our warehouse in Finland within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Transit time within Finland is usually 1-2 business days, elsewhere within Europe 4-7 business days.

Kostka / Yedoo / Gravity Scooters

Models available immediately are usually shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. Transit time is usually 4-7 business days within Europe.

Return shipments

Scooter is an extra large shipment. The customer is responsible for any costs related to the possible return of the Scooter. Returns must always be agreed upon in advance by email at info@traildog.fi.
