Return packages from outside Finland

International returns to our warehouse in Finland

The return cost depends on the country of the order and the weight of the package (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater). The return fee is automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Once you have informed us that you need to make a return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Using our contract shipping label, the package will be delivered to the address of our warehouse. We cannot collect return packages delivered to a pick-up point or sent cash on delivery.

Zone 1: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

  • Standard package (max. 3 kg): €9.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €15.90

Zone 2: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Åland

  • Standard package (max. 3 kg): €15.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €18.90

Zone 3: France, Benelux countries, Austria, Poland, Hungary

  • Standard package (max. 3 kg): €17.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €19.90

Zone 4: Italy, mainland Spain

  • Standard package (max. 3 kg): €18.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €29.90

Zone 5: Ireland, Greece

  • Standard package (max. 3 kg): €24.90
  • Large package (3.1–10 kg): €39.90

Zone 6: Non-EU countries

The customer is responsible for the return and all related customs clearance and export costs. The return must be sent as a door-to-door service (DDP). We do not collect packages delivered to a pick-up point. We do not accept returns that incur customs clearance or tax charges for the recipient.


Important information about returns

  • Returns weighing over 10 kg: If the return shipment weighs more than 10 kg or is exceptionally large, we charge the actual freight cost for the return.
  • Delivery charges to islands (e.g. the Canary Islands, Madeira, Corsica) may differ from the zone-based pricing. In these cases, we charge the actual cost of the return.
